Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for the bot capital-tier subscriptions described in the bot console, and supplements our Terms of Service. Other paid features of the Service, where offered, may bill differently — see terms disclosed at the time you subscribe to that feature.

1. Billing cycle

Paid tiers bill in advance for a one-week period at a time. Billing is not currently automatic: you complete a checkout to start each period, and continuing live trading into the next period requires a new checkout before the current one ends — we do not charge you again without your action.

2. Cancelling

You can stop at any time simply by not starting a new checkout for the next period; there is nothing to actively "cancel" beyond that. You keep access for the remainder of any period you've already paid for.

3. What happens when access ends

When your current billing period ends without a new checkout, nothing is force-closed. The bot stops opening new positions and finishes winding down any position it already holds — a close-only wind-down. Once flat, it automatically drops to free forward/practice mode, where it keeps running with no live capital at risk and no charge, for as long as you like.

4. Refund eligibility

Because each checkout grants a full week of live-trading access starting immediately, fees already charged for a period are generally non-refundable, including if you stop trading partway through the period. We'll consider refunds at our discretion where you were charged in error or affected by a verified outage of the Service itself (not the underlying exchange or broker).

5. Changing tiers

A different capital cap takes effect on your next checkout; your current period's fee is not adjusted or refunded for a mid-period tier change.

6. Requesting a refund

To request a refund under Section 4, contact us through your account dashboard's support channel with your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
